Standing Splits + Chair Pose = Handstand!
Keys to Remember
- Your knees in the back of their shoulders.
- Just hug them and sit back a little into your chair pose. Use your weight instead of your strength!
- Only stand up with them partially as they are coming up, so you don't knock them over.
- Take a small step back if they are stable to let them work in handstand.
