Eka Pada Koundinyasana Nolan Lee
Here are some more of my Go-to Moves. These will help you prepare and warm up for Eka Pada Koundinyasana I, the pose dedicated to the sage Koundinya. It's a really like a side crow with split, straightened legs. Let's take a look at the poses. A summary video is at the end.
Revolved Crescent Lunge Nolan Lee
Get twisting! Start from your belly and twist all the way through your crown.
Parsvottanasana Pyramid Pose Nolan Lee
Deeply open your hamstrings and posterior chain to let you straighten your legs! Ease into it by flowing back and forth between Pyramid and Low Lunge.
Revolving Triangle Parivrtta Trikonasana Nolan Lee
Get deeper into your twist and start stretching your IT band too.
Revolved Chaturanga
Challenge your strength and flexibility while deepening your twist for Eka Pada Koundinyasana I. Tone it down by bending your bottom knee to 90°.
Bakasana Crow Pose Nolan Lee
Really get the core and shoulder stabilizers firing up.

Here's a quick video to recap.
There are my Go-to Moves to prep for Eka Pad Koundinyasana I. Of course there are other poses and movements that can be used, but this should do the job. Let me know how it goes!
